            Responsibilities:

            • Shall be responsible for representing the Company in sales, product demonstrations, training and presentations of cranes and wire rope hoist on all equipment and configurations to customers and potential customers PAN India.
            • Shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining a Distribution Channel capable of achieving set yearly goals.
            • Shall be responsible for supervising, training and developing a distributor sales and technical staff in a manner which will lead to profitable sales growth and increase product margins.
            • Shall be responsible for assisting in generating timely quotations to customers/potential customers.
            • Shall be responsible for collection of payment from the client as per the company’s payment terms and credit sales policy.
            • Shall be responsible for processing and distributing sales leads generated from trade shows and other promotional product literature.
            • Shall be responsible for evaluating sales activities, progress and results and take appropriate measures.
            • Shall be responsible for preparing and presenting various MIS report in Sales to Management.
            • Shall be responsible for providing all pertinent information to the order processing and service groups to ensure satisfaction of customer requirements and prompt payment of account.
            • Shall be responsible for following up with customers after delivery to complete all sales requirements and conditions.
            • Shall be responsible for guiding and mentoring the distributor sales representative to meet the set targets on time so that the overall sales objectives can be met as scheduled.
            • Shall be responsible for coordination with other key departments within the company (Production, Service, Engineering and Management).
            • Shall be responsible for doing any other activities as may be deemed of by the Management.

            CTC : 2 lac to 2.5 lac (depending upon your current CTC and the performance during the interview)
